Meet Cody — Your BRC Inspector
Cody brings hands-on experience in construction, framing, carpentry, roofing, remodeling, concrete, and excavation to BRC Home Inspections. His work and personal experience gives him a practical understanding of how buildings come together and why careful attention to details matter. He knows first hand that any mortgage process can become stressful and cares about keeping you informed and on schedule.
His nearly 20 years and counting in firefighting adds a strong commitment to safety and serving others. As an ICA-certified home inspector, Cody combines his training and practical experience to help customers understand their property, ask informed questions, and plan their next steps.
Built on Service. Grounded in Integrity.
BRC is a locally owned, veteran and firefighter-owned business based out of Linn, Missouri. Jerica's military background and Cody's firefighting experience shape our commitment to accountability, clear communication, and caring for our community.
We bring those values to every customer interaction— from explaining pricing to helping you understand your inspection findings. We believe you deserve honest information and the time to have your questions answered.
Trained to Inspect. Committed to Clarity.
Although Missouri does not require home inspectors to hold a professional certification, Cody chose to earn his certification through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA). He combines that training with hands on experience to help you better understand your property's condition. His commitment to careful inspections, clear explanations, and practical information helps you make confident decisions about your home.
Clear Reports. Confident Decisions.
We use Spectora to deliver organized digital inspection reports with photos, clear descriptions, and recommendations that help you understand our findings. Your report gives you a practical reference for discussing concerns with your agent, planning repairs, and making informed decisions about your property. And if you have questions, we're here to walk you through them.
